I visited on 8/9/26. I had hopes even with their current rating of 3.3. I wanted a gel French pedicure. Everything was calm and relaxing until it was time to choose the pink for my French. I requested one color which looks like they ran out but found after searching. She painted one toe and I realized that it was too close to the color on my natural flesh tone. I asked to switch which I saw she rolled her eyes. We tried the next color that was a more noticeable pink but looked too bright than the actual stencil. So she insisted we go back to the original color and she would put 3 coats to make the difference. I said okay, but even after 3 coats, it looked clear unlike the stencil. She continued to putting the white line and then asked if I liked it. I replanted honestly and said, no because as u said earlier, the color isn’t noticeable. I told her, look at my skin. I’m a brown girl. I need a brown pink. She asked if I wanted to change it which I said yes. She furiously starts to remove the polish and gets up and starts speaking loudly while slamming items around the salon. I knew this was about me. I’m in my chair still and upset by her reaction so I said “ look let’s try this other pink. We try a soft pink but it’s still coming out a bright neon pink. I tell her “ look I’m not trying to piss you off but it seems the colors placed on the stencil does not match the actual color of the polish. I’ll just switch to a glitter red. She is frustrated once more and even so, the red does not appear to be the glittery red I had hoped but this time I keep my mouth shut. Regardless, she still put effort in my callus remover and massage so I still tipped but I will not be coming back. It’s a damn shame that in a predominantly black/brown neighborhood and the behavior and knowledge is completely unversitle
